Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important!  Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour’s notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card.

 

  • Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

  • Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% service fee.  If you reschedule within 3 business days, there will be no charge. 

  • Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.  The charge will automatically be applied to your card.

Period Policy

For the ladies! YES you are welcome to be waxed on your period. Please come with a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. We provide fresh tampons If you need one. If you are uncomfortable getting waxed and, are unable to give 24 hours notice, you are welcome to substitute for another service. If you choose to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for the 50% of your booked services.

Pricing and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are correct, sometimes pricing and services may change.

All sales are final.  There are no refunds on services performed. We will exchange any product within one week of purchase, only if unused and in new condition.

Gift Cards

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards may be transferred to another recipient. Card must be presented for redemption.

Children

As much as we love children, In order to ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. A signed parental consent is required for children under the age of 18 receiving any spa services.

Store Policies

15-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Damaged Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 15 days of receiving the products at barelytheresd.info@gmail.comcom with pictures of the damaged item and order number. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at barelytheresd.info@gmail.com

Stolen/Lost Packages

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided for the order unless Shipping Insurance has been purchased by the customer. Upon inquiry, we can confirm the delivery with the shipping company and the address provided.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  When shipping an item back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.  Usually it takes 1-2 business days for returned packages to be processed, however in busy periods please allow up to 5 business days.  Items for return should be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days from the date that we have provided the return label or shipping instructions. Please note that we may not proceed with the refund if the item has been shipped back to us after 7 days or more. Furthermore, please contact our support team and provide the tracking number of the returned items in order for us to keep track of the parcel until received in our warehouse address.  

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or appear to be in a heavily used condition, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, dents, etc.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 15 days of your delivery date, however it must be unused and unopened. We will only provide you with a refund once we receive the product returned to us, and our team ensures it is unused and in resalable condition.

Refuse of Package/Incorrect Address

If a package is refused at the time of the delivery by the customer and returned to us there will be a non-refundable return label fee of approximately $10-$35 depending on the size of the package. Return label fees are charged by the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to a bad address, there will also be a non-refundable return label fee and a new re-shipment fee if the customer wishes to have their package reshipped.
