Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us! To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate the needs of all our clients, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do it 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Your deposit will follow your rescheduled appointment.
At the time of your appointment, if you choose not to receive the booked service, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee for that service. Please note, it is your responsibility to review any contraindications before booking a service.
A full list of contraindications can be found on our website under the "Contraindications" section. If you reserve an appointment but are unable to receive the service due to contraindications, the cancellation fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
