I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions to participate in the in-person training classes conducted by Barely There Beauty Bar:

I understand that participation in the training classes involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to beauty products, and potential skin reactions.

I certify that I am currently enrolled in Esthetician or Cosmetology school or hold a valid license in the beauty industry.

I agree to undergo waxing treatments as part of the training, to understand the client's perspective and enhance my skills.

I agree to perform waxing on models during the training sessions under the guidance of the instructor.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect my participation in the training.

I understand and agree that the class registration fee is non-refundable, except in the event that the training is canceled by Barely There Beauty Bar. Any cancellations made by me will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee.

I acknowledge that a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply if I choose to reschedule the class. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 1week prior to the original class date.

I release Barely There Beauty Bar, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the training sessions.

I understand that participation in the training is voluntary, and I have the right to withdraw from the training at any time.

I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver form, including the non-refundable deposit and rescheduling fee policy, and agree to abide by them throughout the duration of the training.
