Service Contraindications

Before You Book

I know contraindications aren’t the most exciting part of booking your appointment, but they matter.

The skincare products you use, medications you’re taking, recent treatments, and the condition of your skin, brows, or lashes can all affect whether your service can be performed safely.

Please don’t assume something “probably doesn’t count.” Retinol, Retin-A/tretinoin, Accutane, antibiotics, exfoliating acids, Vitamin C, recent peels, laser treatments, and other treatments can all matter depending on the service you’re booking.

I’ve been doing brows and lashes for over 20 years, and sometimes the best thing I can do for you is say “not today.” I would much rather reschedule your appointment than risk compromised skin, damaged brow or lash hairs, or an unsafe service.

Find your service below and review the contraindications before booking. If you’re unsure about anything, please contact me first.
